We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for RETURNS. We are unable to issue a refund to the original method of payment.
All items must be in the condition you received them - unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in resell-able condition. We are unable to accept returns on any personalized and/or monogrammed items, special order and/or custom items, final sale items, items that have become damaged due to normal wear and tear, and any shipping charges incurred.
If you wish to return your clothing item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, based on UPS tracking. After 14 days we are unable to authorize a return.
If you wish to return an accessory item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, based on UPS tracking. After 7 days we are unable to authorize a return.
Once you receive return authorization, please mail, with tracking, your return item(s) and invoice to:

Please allow up to 7 days for processing once we receive your return from the carrier. You will receive an email confirmation that your return has been accepted along with your STORE CREDIT. Store Credit does NOT expire. You will be credited back the amount of the returned item you originally paid. Shipping is unable to be credited.
Store Credit is unable to be applied to future purchases before the returned item(s) have been received and processed and a Store Credit has been issued.
Store Credit is ONLY applicable to ONLINE purchases and CANNOT be used or transferred to the Downtown at the Gardens location.
In the event that you purchase an item that is no longer instock, we will immediately process a full refund in the form of payment originally used.
If you are local and prefer to pick up your purchase from the Downtown at the Gardens location, during regualr business hours, please select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout.
